Today I work Monday through Thursday. I wake up to an inbox of coaches and consultants who want to work with me. I close clients in DMs. No sales calls, no awkward Zoom pitches, no "let me check with my spouse" follow-up sequences. I've sold over a million dollars this way. By chat.
I still work hard. But I do it on my terms. Because I have a system.

Listen. People love to complicate selling online. I know because I made every mistake in the book. Twice.
But it's actually ridiculously simple. Here it is:
Step 1: Build a free community around the thing you're already good at, passionate about and solves a real problem.
Step 2: Have real conversations with the people inside it. Ask questions. Be helpful. Be a human. This is the part most people skip and it's the whole game.
Step 3: When someone's ready for more, invite them deeper. Not with a high-pressure close. With a conversation. In the DMs. Like a normal person.
If you're a coach or consultant, you already know Step 1 is easy. You know things. You solve problems in your sleep.
